Kooringal Golf Club has Function and Special Event facilities available for all your special occasions. With the magnificent backdrop of our Golf Course, it does make a fantastic place for your next event.

Whether it be business, pleasure or the next family event we can look after you. You may also be looking at having a Corporate Golf Day, then have a look under on our Golf page for further details.

Our Room Hire rates are very reasonable and for our Golfing Members this is supplied free in most circumstances.

Our facilities can cater for small Groups for quiet Meetings, Lunches or just a Family Birthday. Larger events can also be nicely catered as well, with Weddings and groups up to 100 catered with ease.

Groups above 100 may at times be catered for but only with special approval as this may encroach on our Member facilities. Please be aware that our Club openly supports and practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols.

Our Menus give you an understanding of services and facilities you receive at each different price level. If you wish to design a Menu specific for your personal needs, we would be more than happy to do this for you.

Please browse through the Menu alternatives and find one that either most suits your particular needs or comes closest so we can then help you design.

• Our Function Rooms are set to your specifications, taking into account the individual touches desired by you and your guests.
• Our facilities allow us to cater for groups as small as 20 in our Spike Lounge and as large as 140 when we combine our Dining area.
• Our standard linen is a White Tablecloth.
• Our standard tables are round and seat 8-12 guests.
• Preparation of the Guest List with seating arrangements and Place Cards is the responsibility of the client. We would be happy to assist you in the positioning of the Place Cards.
• Flowers, Balloons and any other type of decorations are the responsibility of the Client, however, we are happy to advise and assist with your table and room decorations.
• A dance floor is available in each room and its size can be varied to meet your needs.
• Entertainment is the responsibility of the Client. Kooringal has the capacity to cater for Bands and DJ's. We are happy to advise you to ensure that you receive the entertainment option for your function.
• Free Parking is available to you and your Guests in two large Parking areas located on each side of the Clubhouse.
• A security guard is an essential requirement for all functions at an additional cost.
• Fully air conditioned and heated rooms.
• All Guests must sign in to the Club to comply with Licensing obligations.

Groups from outside the Club Membership may book our facilities. One extra Liquor Licensing step is all that applies in these circumstances.

Dress Code Policy

All Guests attending a Function at Kooringal Golf Club must be dressed in a neat and tidy manner which includes proper footwear. Hats are not allowed to be worn except for medical conditions.
