Methodology

Craig Parry & PCD have previously visited the site on a number of occasions to acquire background information.

  • PCD have gathered base information inclusive of digital aerial photograph, title details and some authority information. These have been incorporated to form a base plan for the Golf Course.
  • Inspections of the Golf Course were undertaken by Craig Parry & PCD during mid 2005, with Board representatives and management.
  • A Master Plan workshop was held with Board, management Craig Parry and PCD to review the Golf Course and set aims for the MP review.
  • Additional information was sought to support the development of a draft Master Plan report during April / May 2005.
  • A draft Master Plan report and plans have been prepared to be reviewed by the Board and Management. Team to review and revert.
  • A final Master Plan report and Plans are to be prepared.
