Vision Statement

The Club wishes to undertake a Master Plan review of all aspects of the Golf Course so as to be able to set a clear direction for management, Committee and members for the next five to ten years.

To achieve this, the Club wishes a Golf Course that presents consistent, good quality golf turf surfaces throughout the year and a rewarding strategic design that members of all handicap levels will find both challenging and enjoyable.

The stated aims of the report will not be achieved in a year, but over time the direction set by the Master Plan team will achieve the desired results. It is the desire of the Master Plan team to keep members fully informed of the process and to minimize disruption to the golf activities.

The Master Plan process is designed to work through all issues relating to the Golf Course, place priorities, set budgets for intended works that are consistent with the Club's financial position and to ensure that all proposals are "investment orientated". That means that all funds put into any intended works give a real return to members over a period of time and contribute to the stated vision for the Club.

Kooringal Golf Club is a private, members only Golf Course, however green fee players are most welcome.

The Golf Course is a Par 71 (6076m - Men) and Par 73 (5322m - Ladies). The Course is generally flat with established landscape.

The Club Board has indicated a desire to maximise the potential of the Golf Course without alienating members and to have appropriate plans and budgets in place for the future years.
