Kooringal Golf Club has function and special event facilities available for all your special occasions. With the magnificent backdrop of our golf course, it does make a fantastic place for your next event.

Our Room Hire rates are very reasonable and actually to our Golfing Members this is supplied free in most circumstances.
Our facilities can cater for small groups for quiet meetings, lunches or just a family birthday. Larger events can also be nicely catered as well. With weddings and groups up to 100 catered with ease.
Groups above 100 may at times be catered for but only with special approval as this may encroach on our Member facilities.

These menus give you an understanding of services and facilities you receive at each different price level. If you wish to design a menu specific for your personal needs, we would be more than happy to do this for you.

Groups from outside the Club Membership may book our facilities. One extra liquor licensing step is all that applies in these circumstances.

| Dress Standards: |
In the Club House:
Men:
The general expectation is that all patrons must be dressed in neat, clean casual attire. Shirts with collars are preferred in the dining & function facilities and are required in the Golf Members Lounge.
Rubber Thongs, Singlets, Dirty Industrial Wear, Hats / Caps / Bandanas and Tee Shirts with Offensive Motifs are all not permitted in the Clubhouse.
Ladies:
The general expectation is that all patrons must be dressed in neat, clean casual attire.
Ladies tops must not show bare midriffs and dress tee shirts are the minimum standard of tops expected throughout the Clubhouse.
Rubber Thongs, Singlets, Dirty Industrial Wear, Hats / Caps / Bandanas and Tee Shirts with Offensive Motifs are all not permitted in the Clubhouse.
On the Course:
Men:
Tailored shorts and pants of a respectable length may be worn with sport socks. Golf shirts must be worn and tucked in to trousers / shorts unless tailored otherwise. Socks must be worn with all footwear. Denim jeans, tee shirts, surf shorts and singlets are not acceptable attire on the course.
Ladies:
Smart golf wear. Shirts may be worn over the top of tailored pants, shorts or skirts providing they are no longer than hip length. Anything longer must be tucked into pants, shorts or skirt. Denim jeans, leisure tracksuits, leggings, tee shirts, tank tops, bare midriff or short shorts are not acceptable attire on the course.

| Behaviour Standards: |
All patrons of the Club are expected to act within the legal requirements of the Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming protocols.
Club Management, Supervisors & Security:
The Club employs security personnel at times to assist with the smooth running of the Club. Event patrons are expected to listen and obey any directives given to them by any Manager, Supervisor or Security personnel. In the event that such direction is not adhered to Management may cease the event early if they deem it necessary to. No recompense will be forthcoming to the Host in this instance.
Actions:
All patrons of the Club are expected to act in a manner deemed fit for the Club environment. Inappropriate actions will include but not be limited to the following:
• Being intoxicated within the Club grounds & buildings
• Loud and abusive behaviour
• Loud swearing
• Falling asleep on the premise
• Fighting or threatening behaviour
• Supplying underage patrons with alcoholic drinks
• Smoking within the Clubhouse
Event Entertainment:
The Club will have the final say in the volume and final time that entertainment may play to. Any alternative entertainment such as strippers and the like are not acceptable forms of entertainment for this Club.
Under Age Patrons:
Persons under the age of 18 must accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. This means that children must be kept under control and cannot be left or allowed to roam the Clubhouse or grounds. They must remain in the same room as the supervising adult. This also applies to all persons under the age of 18 deemed to be teenagers or young adults.
Consumption of alcohol by under age persons is not permitted unless the event is with a full sit down meal and it is while the meal is being consumed.
In the case of a function where numerous under age persons are attending, the Club deems the host to be the responsible adult responsible for their supervision even if their parent or legal guardian is present. |
