Monday classes – All welcome including Mums and Bubs
An offering for mums and bubs.
An hour of one on one connection with your bub, an opportunity to reconnect to yourself, nurture and nourish yourself.
This is a gentle, interactive yoga practice which will incorporate safe and relevant postnatal practices including overall strengthening and stretching, abdominal toning, pelvic floor work and baby massage. Build strength, relax, stretch and connect with other mums in the community.
Wednesday night classes – Yoga for wellbeing
An offering for all in the community wanting to try out yoga, classes are friendly and welcoming and are open to all experience levels. Whether it’s to help you with your sport enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility or just to experience mindfulness, meditation. The class will guide you through the many aspects of yoga and meditation.
