Membership Announcement
The popularity of golf has surged across Australia, particularly since COVID, and Kooringal Golf Club has experienced a significant shift in its membership dynamics. With fewer resignations and existing members playing more frequently, the club has become busier than ever. Some days have now reached full capacity, making it increasingly challenging to accommodate new members while ensuring our current members can enjoy a quality experience and unrestricted access to the course.

To address this, the Board of Directors has decided to temporarily slow down membership intakes. As a result, we have implemented a membership waitlist. When the Board determines there is potential to bring in a batch of new members, we process those applicants from the top of the waitlist.

This means that once we receive your application, it will be added to the waitlist. However, to manage expectations, please note that our waitlist is currently quite long, with an estimated two year wait. 

When your turn for a membership spot arrives, we will promptly reach out to arrange your attendance at an induction session.

Application Process – 

1. Submission of Application Form
   Please select your category and complete the application form.
   

2. Membership Waitlist and Board Approval
   After receiving your application form, we will add you to the waitlist. When a membership spot opens up, your application will be presented to the board for approval.

3. Attendance at an Induction session (approx. 45 min)
   Once approved, you’ll be invited to attend an induction session, usually scheduled for mid-month. Attendance is mandatory, as these sessions offer essential information on club etiquette, operational systems, and candidate entitlements. They’re also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have.
   
4. Acceptance
   Post the induction, we will invoice you for your new membership, and once paid, you will have access to the facilities.
