Effective January 1, 2020, the entrance fee to join our Club will increase. The new price structure ensures future members pay an appropriate amount to join Kooringal.

The entrance fee will be equal to the 7 Day Membership Subscription, notably $1689 – and in the future will stay in line with the 7 Day membership – so when the subscriptions increase, so will the entrance fee.

This new fee will be applicable to all categories of membership, save for juniors and Under 21s. Our juniors will continue not to pay an entrance fee until they reach the age of 18. Those members 18-20 will pay 10% of the Full Entrance Fee ($168.90) which is slightly lower than the existing fee ($195).

In addition, there will be changes to the payment instalment plan, notably:

1. A new member who pays the entrance fee up front, will be entitled to a 5% discount
2. Alternatively, new members may pay the entrance fee in two instalments, the first instalment at the time of joining and the second instalment at the following year’s renewal period.

Any new member application received before January 1, 2020, will receive the existing entrance fee rates along with the terms and conditions that go with that.

So if you are thinking of nominating a new member, you may wish to do so in the next few weeks to save that person a few dollars.
