Membership Announcement
The Board of Directors of Kooringal Golf Club meets monthly to review key aspects such as membership numbers, rounds of golf, and player comfort. A core part of our value proposition is ensuring that members can enjoy a game when they want one. Seasonal factors, like limited daylight in winter, can impact this, and the Board remains particularly mindful of these challenges.
Due to the popularity of our membership and the seasonal constraints, the Board has decided to temporarily pause the acceptance of new memberships. This decision is reviewed monthly. Applications will be processed as soon as the Board determines there are vacancies.
Your application will be placed on a waitlist, and we will keep you updated with monthly progress reports. Once space becomes available, we will promptly contact you to organise your attendance to an induction session.

Membership Waitlist and Board Approval
Your application will be added to the waitlist until a spot becomes available. The Board will assess membership openings during their monthly meetings, typically held in the last week of each month. When additional spots are made available, they will review and approve applications accordingly. Please note that final approval is at the Board’s discretion. - Attendance at an Induction session (approx. 45 min)
Once approved, you’ll be invited to attend an induction session, usually scheduled for mid-month. Attendance is mandatory, as these sessions offer essential information on club etiquette, operational systems, and candidate entitlements. They’re also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have.
