An offering for Mums and Bubs.
An hour of one on one connection with your bub, an opportunity to reconnect to yourself, nurture and nourish yourself.
This is a gentle, interactive yoga practice which will incorporate safe and relevant postnatal practices including overall strengthening and stretching, abdominal toning, pelvic floor work and baby massage. Build strength, relax, stretch and connect with other Mums in the community.
You can choose from either a 9:30am or 10:30am class!
$15 dollars per session.
